Anime Central, which is celebrating its 15th anniversary, has announced that rock band LM.C will perform at this year’s convention as Guests of Honor. In addition to their concert, members maya and Aiji will also hold Q&A and autograph sessions during the convention.
Anime Central 2012 is being held in Rosemont, IL, on April 27-29. Started in 1998, it has grown to become the biggest anime convention in the American Midwest.
On Monday, LM.C also announced several concert dates in Mexico and South America for their upcoming “-STRONG POP- world tour.” The tour’s overseas schedule now consists of:
- April 30 – Mexico City, Mexico
- May 3 – Santiago, Chile
- May 5 – Sao Paulo, Brazil
- May 7 – Bogota, Colombia
- May 8 – Caracas, Venezuela
- May 11 – Moscow, Russia
- May 13 – Helsinki, Finland

- May 16 – Warsaw, Poland
- May 17 – Budapest, Hungary
- May 19 – Munich, Germany
- May 20 – Lyon, France
- May 21 – Paris, France
- May 23 – London, England
