Ayaka(絢香)'s New Song "Nijiiro(にじいろ)" To Become Theme Song For Yuriko Yoshitaka(吉高由里子)'s Asadora Drama

It has been determined that Ayaka(絢香) will be providing the theme song for an upcoming Japanese television drama series, the 90th asadora series on NHK called "Hanako to Anne(花子とアン)".

Hanako to Anne(花子とアン) is a story about the up-and-down life of Hanako Muraoka, who was the first to translate "Anne of Green Gables" into Japanese. Yuriko Yoshitaka plays the heroine Hanako Muraoka who must overcome the adversities inflicted upon her by earthquake and war while delivering hopes and dreams to the children.  In addition, Tsuyoshi Ihara(伊原剛志), Shigeru Muroi(室井滋), Miyoko Asada(浅田美代子), jyuku Takeyama(カンニング竹山) will star along with Yoshitaka.

Ayaka's new song "Nijiiro(にじいろ)" is a refreshing song perfect for the spring season.  Ayaka commented that she hopes every one across the country will be humming this song in the future.

Also, Ayaka's release "Live Tour 2013 Fortune Cookie -Nani Ga Deru Kana!? (LIVE TOUR 2013 Fortune Cookie〜なにが出るかな!?〜)" in Blu-ray and DVD will be available on March 5th, 2014.  The release contains footage from her national tour at Nippon Budokan from September of last year.  Get the DVD or Blu-ray if you want to see Ayaka's enthusiastic performance for all 21 tracks.
