ONE OK ROCK To Provide Theme Song For The Movies "Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Inferno / The legend ends"

It has been determined that rock band ONE OK ROCK to going to provide the theme song for the two upcoming Rurouni Kenshin movies. The two movies are "Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Inferno(るろうに剣心 京都大火編)" to be released on August 1st and "Rurouni Kenshin: The legend ends(るろうに剣心 伝説の最期編)" out on September 13th.

The song entitled "Might Long Fall" is going to be the theme song. It is possible to listen to the snippet of the song in the trailer for Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Inferno / The legend ends which was published today.

Vocalist Taka said the following on the theme song "Mighty Long Fall": "I am pleased to be able to work the theme song on the Rurouni Kenshin series again. After working on the theme song for another time, we feel that the movie no longer feels like a third party to us anymore. It is a movie with a lot of deep meanings. It has been a trial and error for us to create a theme song that is appropriate for the movie. Since we have already set a high standard in our previous song, we hope that the new song won't lose to the old song."
