Masaharu Fukuyama(福山雅治) Visiting Taiwan And Hong Kong In Preparation For His Overseas Tour

It has been determined singer-songwriter Masaharu Fukuyama(福山雅治) to hold overseas tour "WE'RE BROS. TOUR 2014 IN ASIA" in June of 2014.  He is holding press conferences in both Taiwan and Hong Kong in preparation for this upcoming tour.

Last year, Fukuyama visited both Taiwan and Hong Kong as an actor to promote his detective film "Midsummer Formula(真夏の方程式)". On February 23rd, 2013, journalists and fans of about 500 people welcomed Fukuyama when he visited Taipei, Taiwan for the press conference.  This is the first time Fukuyama doing overseas tour.  He will perform at Taiwan Taipei Arena on June 7th and in Hong Kong, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre Hall 5 (BC) on June 14th and 15th.

In addition, Fukuyama's upcoming album "HUMAN" will be released simultaneously in both Hong Kong and Taiwan on April 2nd, 2014.  His song "Akatsuki (暁)" is adopted as the theme song for a Taiwanese drama "You Light Up My Star(你照亮我星球)"  which will begin broadcast on April 25th.  Also, Fukuyama has been appointed by the Taiwan tourism as a good will ambassador, he hopes to bridge the gap between Japan and Taiwan through his music.
