Perfume Celebrating 10th Anniversary With 1st Live in Tokyo Dome

Perfume, the techno pop unit, celebrated the 10th anniversary of the formation and 5th anniversary of their major debut yesterday. Holding a live concert in Tokyo Dome for the first time, the three girls charmed 50,000 audience to a full house. When MJP staff passed by Tokyo Dome yesterday, a lot of fans in cosplay costumes could be seen outside the venue. "We challenged ourselves as standing on the edge of a precipice." said Kashiyuka. "It has been four months since we started thinking about the live." said A-chan. "We smirked a lot even in the rehearsal." said Nocchi. In the pure-white costume, they performed 22 songs including the new single "Nee" which will be released on November 10th.

It was also announced that they would have the first overseas live on Mnet Asian Music Awards, one of the largest music festivals in Asia, in Macao on November 28th. It was AKB48 and Tohoshinki who performed on the event last year. So as the representative of Japan, Perfume will make their "overseas debut" in front of 15,000 audience.
