Mirei Kiritani(桐谷美玲) Starring for Superhero Comedy Film "Joshi Zu(女子ーズ)"

Superhero comedy film "Joshi Zu(女子ーズ)" directed by Yuichi Fukuda(福田雄一) is scheduled to be released on June 26th, 2014. The main cast has been revealed and it is going to star rising starlets Mirei Kiritani(桐谷美玲), Kasumi Arimura(有村架純), Mizuki Yamamoto(山本美月), Mina Fujii(藤井美菜), and Mitsuki Takahata(高畑充希).

For the plot of this film, five women are gathered in front of Commander Charles against their will. The five women are selected because they each have a family name that represents a color. The five women are filled with doubts about what they are able to do collectively, but they go up against the monster using their lethal technique "Women Tornado". The five women can only use the "Women Tornado" when they are all gathered together. "I've always wanted to wear a superhero costume and I am happy to do so for this film", Mirei Kiritani as Naoko Akagi(Red Ranger) said in a statement.

In addition, Daisuke Namikawa(浪川大輔) who did the voice acting for popular anime such as "Kimi ni Todoke" will be lending his voice for the opening theme song of the film titled "Joshi Zu No Tema(女子―ズのテーマ)".
