Mao Inoue(井上真央) Struggles In Her First Challenge On Voice Acting: I Practiced Hard At Home Every Day

Actress Mao Inoue(井上真央) (27) participated in the production conference for the animated film "Sore Ike! Anpanman: Ringo Bouya to Minna no Negai(それいけ！アンパンマン　りんごぼうやとみんなの願い)" on May 20th, 2014. The movie is set to be released on July 5th, 2014.

In October of 2013, manga artist Takashi Yanase(やなせたかしさん) passed away during the final draft of the movie. "I actually wanted to meet Yananse-san in person, but I am glad to be able to received a short message from him," said Inoue who serves as the voice for apple boy. 

Inoue confessed that she practiced hard at home every day. The director would sometimes issue instructions like "how about a little more feeling" or "show more strength here". These are instructions that you don't usually hear so she had a lot of difficulties doing the voice acting for the movie.
