Sayaka Ichii(市井紗耶香), Former Member of Morning Musume(モーニング娘。) Was Cut In The Final Round Of Adult AKB Audition

On April 14th, 2014, former Morning Musume(モーニング娘。) member, Sayaka Ichii(市井紗耶香) (30) updated her blog and revealed she was cut in the final selection of Adult AKB48 audition.

Sayaka said the following on her blog, "Sorry for the late report. I've worked very hard but I was cut in the final selection of the audition. It was disappointing. However, by having this chance to participate in the audition for Adult AKB, I was able to reflect on myself and my original intention of the audition. Thank you for reading."

As part of the campaign for the brand Gilco, AKB48 is offering a chance for someone who is 30+ years old to become a new member for a limited time. New member is promised a center position in the CM. The final selection of the audition(Dance & Vocal) was held on April 12th, 2014.
