Yuko Oshima(大島優子) Is Enthusiastic About Her First Job With FUJI TV Soccer Program After Graduation

AKB48's Yuko Oshima(大島優子) has been appointed as a special supporter for FUJI TV's soccer program on May 19th, 2014. She will fly over to Brazil to report on the opening matches of the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil which will kick off next month. This will be her first job after her graduation from AKB48 on June 9th, 2014.

Oshima is known to be a soccer enthusiast, but she will have to endure a grueling 30 hours flight and spend 5 days to Brazil. "I want the viewers to experience what I will be seeing. I will work hard on reporting so everyone can be excited as much as I am," she said with plenty of fighting spirit. She also said she wants Japan to get into top 8 this year at the World Cup.



In addition, the ace of AKB48 will be collaborating with the ace of Brazil's national men's soccer team for a commercial spot. Details have not been revealed yet but the gorgeous spot between Yuko Oshima and Neymar will be broadcast at the end of May.
