Otsuka Ai(大塚愛) gives birth to baby daughter

The official mobile website of singer Otsuka Ai(大塚愛)(28) announced that she recently gave birth to a daughter. The exact date of the birth was not revealed, but it is said that the announcement was delayed in consideration of the victims of the Tohoku earthquake.

In her comment, Otsuka expressed her thanks to her child, her husband, her mother, and everyone who supported her with wishes for a safe birth. “I’m full of gratitude to this child that I’ve long wanted to meet. I’ve received a lifetime of happiness,” she remarked.

Otsuka Ai has been married to RIP SLYME rapper SU since June 2010. In September, she announced during a concert that she was pregnant, and it was reported by newspapers at the time that she was expected to give birth this April.
