Hey! Say! JUMP to tour Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Korea

On Monday, Hey! Say! JUMP announced that they will hold their first Asia tour this spring. Between March and June, the group will visit Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, and Korea, in addition to concerts at home in Japan. These will be their first overseas concerts since debuting in November 2007.

The tour’s venues will have a cumulative capacity of 270,500 people. There will be 3 shows in Hong Kong (March 24-25), 4 shows in Taipei (April 28-29), 2 shows in Bangkok (May 26-27), and 4 shows in Seoul (June 23-24). The tour also includes 14 shows at Yokohama Arena over 7 consecutive days (May 1-7).

It was also announced that member Yabu Kota(薮宏太) (21) has been accepted to the School of Human Sciences at Waseda University(早稲田大学), and he will begin his studies there this April.
