GILLE to sample elements from O-ZONE's "Dragostea Din Tei" for her first single

It has been determined pop singer GILLE will release her first single titled "GIRLS / Winter Dream" on October 24th, 2012.

The rookie artist's debut album "I AM GILLE" was released in July and at one point reached the number 7th spot on the Oricon weekly chart. In this upcoming new single, she will sample elements from O-ZONE's famous hit "Dragostea Din Tei" for her new song "GIRLS". She wants to focus this song on elements such as friendships, girls, and connecting with people. The other song "Winter Love Song" is a love song about experiencing love during winter.

In addition, the Limited Edition will come with DVD of GILLE's acoustic live performance on August 1st. Performances of many classics song such as Kazuyoshi Saito(斉藤和義)'s Yasashiku naritai(やさしくなりたい) and Fuyumi Sakamoto(坂本冬美)'s Mata Kimini Koishiteru(また君に恋してる) totalling 5 videos will be included.

Also, to celebrate the release of this single, a special live performance has been scheduled on October 3rd in Tokyo. Ticket for the event can be purchased at any Universal music store on a first come first served basis.
