Utada Hikaru(宇多田ヒカル) concert will be screened live in 64 theaters

Utada revealed in September that she was going to perform two concerts at Yokohama Arena on December 8-9, these is going to be the last concerts she will do before she go on her hiatus.

Advance tickets where distributed through a lottery on November 16, Eiga.com reports that over 150, 000 applications were submitted, the regular ticket is planned to start being sold on November 21 and this is also the same time that the tickets for the theatre screening will be available for purchase.

The concert on december 8th will be shown on 69 screens and in 64 theatres around Japan, it’s been predicted that around 20, 000 fans will attend.

The seats will be priced at 3,000 yen.
